Overview

WHO ARE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTISTS
The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a mainstream Protestant church with approximately 19 million members worldwide, including more than one million members in North America. The Seventh-day Adventist Church seeks to enhance quality of life for people everywhere and to let people know that Jesus is coming again soon.
Adventists believe that God is concerned with the quality of human life, and that everything—the way we live, eat, speak, think, treat each other, and care for the world around us—is part of His plan. Our families, our children, our jobs, our talents, our money, and our time are all important to Him.

We need our own building, a place to meet and help those in our community and surrounding areas. We have a number of outreach programs such as, supporting local and surrounding food banks. With the Covid situation it is harder for the food banks to get supplies and more and more families need help. So why not add a grocery card to your order and donate it to help us get more food to where it is needed. Some of our lady's make bag lunches for the homeless and hot soup in the winter. We offer classes to help with depression, stop smoking, and other health related programs. We Need You! Thank-you for supporting us.

We look forward to meeting the needs of the Lindsay and surrounding area. If we had a church building of our own we could offer the residents of Lindsay a soup kitchen during the week, a place to acquire used clothing, food, books and many other resources. Please consider supporting our fundraiser to help us make this “dream” a reality.
