Thank you for your generous support of the Valley Creek School Council Gift Card Fundraiser!

Important Information About the Fundraiser:

How to Order:
Click the "Support Now" button and enter the invitation code: 6VNXUS.
Create an account and start shopping.

Payment Options:
At checkout please select either "Electronic Funds Transfer" or "Online Bill Payment." Avoid the "Credit Card" option, as it significantly reduces the funds received by VCS Council.

Shipping Method
Two options:
1. "hold for pick-up at school" - if you select this option your cards will be available for pick-up at Valley Creek School during specific pick-up times (See pick-up details below for more information). This option also allows you to name someone to pick-up the gift cards on your behalf.
2. "Send Home" - If you choose this option the gift cards will be sent home with the student you designate. Council is are no longer responsible for the gift cards once they have been given to the designated student.

Deadlines:
General Deadline: November 29th by 9 am
Deadline for Online Bill Payment: November 23rd by 2pm

Pick-Up Details:
Gift cards will be available the week of December 4th from Valley Creek School. Pick-up dates will be communicated via school email and through your FundScrip account message centre. If you do not receive emails from VC School, be sure to log into your Fundscrip account for important messages about gift card distribution. Should you need to make alternative arrangements for collecting your gift cards please contact parent council at vcschoolcouncil@gmail.com

Don't Forget...

Two Ways to Win a Class Pizza Party:
1. By placing an order, your name is entered into a draw to win a pizza party for a VCS classroom of your choosing.
2. The classroom that raises the most money from purchased gift cards will also win a pizza party.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation:
Show your appreciation by including Tim Hortons or Walmart gift cards in your order. Parent Council will collect these donated cards at pick-up to host a Coffee and Snack day for our teachers and support staff. This is a wonderful way to participate in our "Parents Care Program," demonstrating our gratitude for their hard work and dedication to our students.
