Overview

This upcoming July, there is an opportunity to attend a week-long camp in Nova Scotia at Camp Nedooae. The camp, called the Atlantic Jamboree, will take place from July 11 to 18, 2020. Throughout the week, Scouts from across the Province, the Country, and Nationally, will attend this event, or in Scouts, we call it a Jamboree. At a Jamboree, each day is filled with a variety of activities such as sea-kayaking, mountain biking, natural faced rock climbing, logger sports, and much more. As a group that is often isolated in the North, we want to provide our youth members with opportunities that we often don’t have the capacity to facilitate here due to our long winters and short summers. In addition to these fun activities, our youth members will meet hundreds of kids who all share common interests, forming lifelong memories and friendships.
