Overview

Allow me to share a bit about the Christian Faith Outreach Centre (CFOC). We are a vibrant, hope-filled community of people from diverse backgrounds and multiple nations. CFOC operates the Doors of Compassion (DOC), a 20-bed, emergency housing-focused shelter that supports people 18 and older who are unsheltered. We also operate the Ajax HUB and offer low-barrier, "one-stop" support and services to those who are unsheltered, at risk of becoming unsheltered or of low income. The Next Steps Foodbank is where we provide safe, wholesome, perishable and non-perishable products to families going through difficult times. A summer camp called Camp Vision which is a fun and exciting S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) day camp for children 4 to 11 years old. We also support newcomers to Canada and do international missions to assist local communities create sustainable systems that impact their communities and transform their lives.
