The comité scolaire at École régionale Saint-Jean-Baptiste would like to raise enough funds to install a water bottle refill station/water fountain on the elementary side of the school, just like the one by the high school gym.
In the school improvement plan, the school has prioritized educating the students about reducing their environmental footprint and recycling as much as possible. With this in mind, we feel that by installing a water bottle refill station in the elementary side of the school, more students will refill a water bottle instead of using disposable bottles. This water bottle refill station has many advantages, such as: the water is filtered, bottles are filled rapidly, the water is cold and tasteless which will only enhance the amount of students drinking water at school!
