Welcome to Clearmeadow Elementary School Council. We are comprised of York Region District School Board staff and parents of children attending Clearmeadow. The Clearmeadow School Council takes pride in uniting parents, school, and community to enrich the learning environment of our students and promote student learning.

Amongst the work we do, as a council we work together to fundraise money for our school. The funds raised are used for our nutrition program, software for educational programs, special events, equipment and more. Covid has made fundraising especially difficult as our usual forms of fundraising involve the participation of children and their families through events at our school. This year more than ever your help is needed. Our goal is to continue to be able to assist financially in ensuring our students and teachers have what they need.

By purchasing gift cards you are helping us to help our school. A percentage of each gift card is donated back to the school. Please consider your purchasing of Holiday gift cards through our campaign. You can help with more than just gift purchases. Do you shop at a consistent grocery store? Use the same gas station? Every day expenses can be paid using gift cards. How great would you feel if the money you spent on groceries gave back to your child's school to help provide nutritious snacks for the children or lunches for children who do not have one.
