Sadly, publicly-funded schools are not fully funded. Our school’s “Block Budget” (the money our principal gets from the school board) remains at an est. $24,000 this year for all student, classroom and school office expenses. Without parent funds, our children would have little access to technology, many classrooms wouldn’t have laptops or projectors, our children wouldn’t have enhanced math and literacy tools and would have much less in the way of sports and arts equipment – just some of the investments the parent community has made.

The FundScrip gift card program raises funds for our students simply by parents purchasing gift cards to purchase everyday products like groceries, household items, clothes, books, electronics, home office supplies, toys and more. Or special products like Christmas, birthday, thank you or other gifts. The list of retailers is huge!

You get the full value of the gift card and the school gets a small percentage of the dollar value back for classroom investments, like much needed technology. So easy!
